Gate City Striders Chair25K

This 9 week program will bring you from walking to running, and then from running to completing a 5K. It will consist of 3 workouts per week with an in-person coaching session on Wednesday nights. 

The program is managed by long-time Gate City Striders, Phil Petschek and Isaac Horn, and expertly instructed by other Striders staff and volunteers.

The first two weeks will meet at Fleet Feet Sports (4 Coliseum Ave, Nashua). The following 8 weeks will meet at Nashua High School South (36 Riverside St. Nashua)
