Join us for Gateway Center’s 5th annual Everybody VS. Homelessness™ 5K on May 2, 2026!
Everybody VS. Homelessness® 5K
We invite all runners and walkers to join us at Shirley Clarke Franklin Park to participate in our 5K! We will have overall awards for male and female, awards by age brackets. Top Male and Female Finisher will receive free entry into the Peachtree Road Race
Virtual 5K
The Everybody VS. Homelessness® gives participants the option to walk or run the 5K anytime during the week of the race (April 27, 2026- May 2, 2026). During race week, participants can log race times, take selfies in their gear, and showcase their role in combatting homelessness. Results can be submitted by text, email or online when participants are finished.
Register for Gateway Center’s Walk/Run 5K today to receive a swag bag that includes a t-shirt and finishing medal.

How Can I Participate? Participants can register individually or team up with friends for additional fun. The race will begin and end at Westside Park on May 2 ,2026 at 8:00 AM. On race day, participants can take selfies in their t-shirts and share their support of Gateway Center using these suggested hashtags #GatewayCenter #EverybodyVsHomelessness #AwayHome and #WhyILaceUp. In addition, participants who are interested can create a personal fundraiser for the race. For individuals who want to contribute, but are unable to participate in the race, general donations can be made through the donation tab.
