Get Ready to Run for a Reason!
The 6th Annual Gilda’s Race for Hope Color Run is hitting the streets on Saturday, October 3, 2026 and we want YOU to be part of the movement! Whether you sprint, stroll, jog, or go solo around your neighborhood, this vibrant event is all about showing up for the cancer community with heart, hope, and a splash of color.
Join families, friends, teams, and coworkers as we unite in Broward County to honor those impacted by cancer. Every step you take helps bring light, love, and lasting support to cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones to prove that community is stronger than cancer.

Location: Nova Southeastern University, 3100 Ray Ferrero Jr. Blvd., Davie, FL 33314
Registration Begins: 7:30 a.m.
Runners Start: 8:30 a.m.
Walkers Start: 8:35 a.m.

- Runners ONLY: Racing bib with chip timing for 5K participants and a finisher medal. Winners of their age categories will receive a special medal for the 5K.

Register as an individual or rally your crew and register as a team! Sign up as a Team or an Individual. Early Bird Registration: $35 - Includes our signature Gilda’s Race for Hope t-shirt* (with a $25 donation or fundraising on your personal page), a participation medal, and a swag bag full of goodies. - Start Fundraising & Spreading the Word
Once you're registered, it's time to make some noise! Set up your personal fundraising page, share your story, and sync it with Facebook to make giving easy. Every dollar you raise helps ensure no one faces cancer alone. - Get Exclusive Perks & Recognition
As a Race for Hope participant, you'll receive exclusive updates, special recognition opportunities, and inspiring stories from fellow fundraisers, survivors, and caregivers in our cancer support community. - Aim High and Fundraise for Hope
We challenge every participant to raise at least $250. But don’t stop there! Every additional dollar goes directly toward providing FREE support groups, resources, and hope to those impacted by cancer. - Share Your Page, Share Your Purpose
Your voice matters. Share your personal fundraising page with family, friends, coworkers, and social networks to invite them to be part of something bigger, which will help people feel stronger, supported, and seen during one of the hardest times of their lives.
WHY WE RACE FOR HOPE
Proceeds from the Race for Hope fuel Gilda’s Club South Florida’s mission to provide FREE social and emotional support to anyone affected by cancer. This race isn’t just a run, it’s a celebration of resilience, a tribute to community, and a rally for hope.
