Girls on the Run Presented by Iaap: 5K Run/Walk
About this race
Join Girls on the Run for our Fall 2026 season 5K as our 15-year anniversary celebration continues! Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
Completing the 5K gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.
This event is open to the public—all are welcome to join!

5K Run/Walk - $35, $40 starting October 26, $45 on race day.
No Refunds.
Awards:
Overall M&F Winners + M&F Masters, 10 Year Age Groups for first 3 M&F
Overall winner awards will be based on gun time.
No duplication of awards.
