Date: Sunday, August 16 2026. Start: 8:00am
Check-in: 7:00am to 8:00am, please bring a photo ID and USMS card if you are a member
Location: Goffstown Recreation Center, 155 S. Mast St., Goffstown, NH 03045. Please park at Goffstown High School, 27 Wallace Rd., Goffstown, NH 03045
Description: One-Mile triangular-shaped out and back course - 2 Mile race does two loops. In-water start. Chip timing.

The Glen Lake Swim - ONE MILE RACE
- Only registered swimmers are allowed to compete - Wetsuits are allowed, unless the water temperature exceeds 78 degrees (per USMS rule) - Swim buoys are allowed - Other assistive devices, including masks, fins, snorkels, and paddles are NOT allowed - Swimmers are NOT permitted to wear headphones during the race - This swim is not for novices; it is for experienced swimmers only - USMS membership is required. Day-long membership is $20 and can be purchased as part of the online registration - Age requirement: 18 years minimum on race day
