Courses: The 5K, Youth Mile, and Junior Dash courses are flat, fast road races. The 5K and Youth Mile courses are USATF certified, which means they are precisely measured.

Run or walk 5 kilometers. All ages, no strollers. Time limit of 75 minutes (24min/mile). One start time, organized by pace.
Youth Mile
Run or walk 1 mile. Ages 12 and under. Time limit of 20 minutes. One start time, organized by pace.
Junior Dash
Run or walk 1 block. Ages 6 and under. Each age group runs separately. Time limit of 15 minutes. Meet at the finish at 10am, four waves organized by age/grade.
