The fall tradition is back!
Get ready to tackle the 5K (3.1 miles) in downtown Cincy this October. Open to all ages and abilities, runners and walkers will enjoy a picture-perfect course. After crossing the finish line, enjoy a cup of apple cider while you choose the perfect pumpkin!
Gourdy’s Pumpkin Run has become a tradition for hundreds of thousands of fall-natics since 2012. Your registrations helps support Girls on the Run, who is dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

The 5K will have waves (i.e. your start time) all morning long beginning at 9:00AM. Waves are limited in size, so signing up now will give you the most options. Coordinate with friends and be sure to all join the same wave if you want to run or walk together! Not sure what wave you want? No worries! Select one now to at least secure your spot and you can always log-in later to choose a different wave. Easy peasy!
Fundraise for Girls on the Run® 5K Run or Walk
By choosing this option, you will be help raising funds for Girls on the Run! You will have a donation page created for you and you can share your donation page URL with friends and family so they can donate. All donations go directly to Girls on the Run and will help you get closer to the various awards. The 5K will have waves (i.e. your start time) all morning long beginning at 9:00AM.
