Winans to Winans Half Marathon
COURSE: Start on Water Street in Troy at the Miami County Courthouse. Troy roads to/around Duke Park. Enter the bike path heading north on Adams Street. Pass the Eldean Covered Bridge. Exit the bike path in Piqua. Run on city roads to the finish line near Fort Piqua Plaza & Winans HQ. www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6550575 FINISHER’S MEDAL/MUG OPTION: Register by July 31 and choose between a custom 3” color medal or a commemorative Winans to Winans Half Marathon coffee mug good for a one cup of coffee at any Miami County Winans through October 31. All registrations after August 1 will choose based on availability while supplies last. AWARDS: Top 3 Male/Female overall and top 3 Male/Female placers in each age group: <14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. 3 YEAR AWARD: A special award to those who have completed the race every year. COST: $50 before Feb 29. $60 Mar 1 - June 30. $70 Jul 1 - Aug 31. $80 after Sept 1. Gender specific cut shirts guaranteed to those registered by August 26. Checks payable to “LT Fox Promotions”. ALL ENTRIES FINAL. NO REFUNDS. PARKING: Hobart Arena, Troy City Park. Many Downtown Troy streets will be closed for the race and church service. TRANSPORTATION: Courtesy shuttle service will transport participants from finish area to Hobart Arena in Troy. Shuttles will leave Piqua at 10:00, 10:45, 11:30, 12:15.
