Get ready for the ultimate blend of movement, community, and good vibes at the Green Lake 5K & Wellness Festival! This one-of-a-kind event brings together fitness, fun, and wellness in the heart of Seattle.
Start your day with an energizing group warm-up led by Emilia Suarez of Enrgy Collective, getting you loose, motivated, and ready to run your best 5K around the iconic Green Lake loop.
The race itself is professionally produced by Snohomish Running Company, known for delivering top-tier running experiences—so whether you’re chasing a PR or just out for a fun run, you’re in great hands.
But the experience doesn’t stop at the finish line.
After the run, stick around for a rejuvenating Yoga in the Park session hosted by Yerbana, followed by a curated Wellness Market featuring local vendors focused on health, recovery, and lifestyle.
We’ll close out the day with a high-energy DJ Dance Party—because nothing pairs better with a great run than great music and a vibrant community celebration.

Running
5K Elite (17 minutes or under)
We will have prize money for the elite runners of $500 for 1st, $250 for 2nd and $125 for 3rd for both women's and men's divisions.
5K High School or Middle School
To go along with the standard age group awards we will be doing a high school team challenge and will have a special award for the top women's and men's high school and middle school teams. You will need 3 team members race to be eligible for the team awards.
Greenlake 5K Run or Walk
All levels of runners and walkers are welcome to participate!
