Designed for those just getting into swimming ***Week 1 (January 7) will be 6-8pm for all level dry land mobility clinic. Weeks 2-8, beginners with will swim 6-7pm, and intermediate will swim 7-8pm***
Intermediate
The expectation for the Intermediate level is that you can: - Swim 100yd in 2:30 - Swim 400yd without stopping - Swim 1000yd in 30:00 ***Week 1 (January 7) will be 6-8pm for all level dry land mobility clinic. Weeks 2-8, beginners with will swim 6-7pm, and intermediate will swim 7-8pm***
