Welcome to the Greenway Grand Prix! This Family friendly series consists of 4 races on 4 different dates, ONE Grand Prix!
6/12/2026: Greenway Grand Prix 5K (Aldridge Creek Greenway near Publix)
6/27/2026: Greenway Grand Prix 4 Mile (Indian Creek Greenway @ Creekwood Park)
7/17/2026: Greenway Grand Prix 8K (Big Cove Creek Greenway @ Hampton Cove Middle School)
7/24/2026: Greenway Grand Prix 10K (Aldridge Creek Greenway @ Ditto Landing)
All of these races will take place on our wonderful greenway systems throughout Huntsville. We will highlight three different greenways (Aldridge twice), one per date. All of the races will be out and back with very little elevation change.
Everyone who signs up for the 4 race bundle will receive a race t-shirt AND finisher medal. The finisher medal will be handed out at the fourth and final race in the series while the t-shirt will be handed out at the first race of the series. Those who sign up for the individual races will have the option to add on a t-shirt at checkout for $15.

Greenway Grand Prix Bundle
6/12/2026 This 5K will take place on the Aldridge Creek Greenway off Mountain Gap Road. Start and finish line will be near Ken Johnston Park. People should carpool as much as possible and Park in the back of the Publix Parking Lot (12796 Bailey Cove Rd SE, Huntsville, AL 35803) 6/27/2025 This 4 Mile will take place on the Indian Creek Greenway off Harvest Rd Ct. Start and finish line will be near Creekwood Park. People should carpool as much as possible as parking is very limited and some people will be forced to park further up the hill in the neighborhood. Address: 360 Harvestwood Ct, Madison, AL 35758 7/18/2025 This 8K will take place on the Big Cove Creek Greenway. The start will be a short walk from Hampton Cove Elementary to the greenway entrance behind Publix. The race will finish near Hampton Cove Elementary. Address: 261 Old Hwy 431, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763 8/1/2025 This 10K will take place on the Aldridge Creek Greenway and start & finish will be at Ditto Landing. Address: 293 Ditto Landing Rd SE, Huntsville, AL 35803
Greenway Grand Prix 5k

Greenway Grand Prix 4 Mile
This 4 Mile will take place on the Indian Creek Greenway off Harvest Rd Ct. Start and finish line will be near Creekwood Park. People should carpool as much as possible as parking is very limited and some people will be forced to park further up the hill in the neighborhood. Address: 360 Harvestwood Ct, Madison, AL 35758
Greenway Grand Prix 8k
This 8K will take place on the Big Cove Creek Greenway. The start will be a short walk from Hampton Cove Elementary to the greenway entrance behind Publix. The race will finish near Hampton Cove Elementary. Address: 261 Old Hwy 431, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763
Greenway Grand Prix 10k
