Ages 5-7: Swim 25 meters / Bike 1 mile* / Run 0.5 miles Ages 8-10: Swim 50 meters / Bike 1 mile* / Run 0.5 miles *Participants must have the ability to confidently maneuver their bicycle through their designated distance. If participants do not appear to have this ability, they risk being pulled from the course.
Youth TryAthlon (Ages 11-17)
Ages 11-13: Swim 100 meters / Bike 2.5 miles / Run 1 mile Ages 14-17: Swim 150 meters / Bike 2.5 miles / Run 1 mile *Participants must have the ability to confidently maneuver their bicycle through their designated distance. If participants do not appear to have this ability, they risk being pulled from the course.
