Havoc at HartFit OCR 3k
About this race
Havoc at HartFit is a 3k Obstacle Course Race (OCR) competition presented by HartFit ELEVATE OCR and The Midwest OCR. Waves (comprised of 3 athletes) will be sent out at intervals of 30 minutes. Each wave will have a strict 40 minute cap to complete the course. The race will be capped at only 50 participants. The top overall Male and Female times will be crowned the winners.
Featured obstacles and stations will include Assault Bike, Low Rig, A Frame Rig, 8ft Wall, Rope Climb, Bucket Carry, Wreck Bag Run, Tire Flips and maybe a few surprises. Athletes will complete a total of 3 laps to achieve the 3k distance. The first 2 laps will consist of 1100 Meters, all obstacles and a 300 Meter Carry. The 3rd lap will consist of an 800 Meter Run, including all obstacles, but excluding the heavy Carry.
In addition, we'll be hosting a 1 Mile kids course at the conclusion of the adult event. Obstacle completion is not mandatory - Fun, on the other hand, definitely is!

All race participants must be no less than 14 years of age. Any racers between the ages of 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
KIDS HartFit HAVOC 1 Mile
All Kid's Race participants are required to be no less than 6 years of age and accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the event. Parents may be on course to assist their child through any obstacles.
