Headstrong 5K
About this race
Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026, for the Headstrong 5K, a run/walk along the scenic coastline at Nelson Park in Plymouth, MA, created in memory of loved ones lost too soon to brain aneurysms.
This event is deeply personal. I lost my mother to a brain aneurysm when I was just 12 years old. My co-organizer’s uncle also suffered from a brain aneurysm, leaving a lasting impact on her family. Together, we are organizing this race not just to honor their memories, but to raise awareness, bring our community together, and support the life-saving work of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or someone who just wants to walk for a cause, the Headstrong 5K is for everyone. You can run, jog, walk, or cheer — every step helps shine a light on this silent, often overlooked condition.
