About this race

❤️ FIRST ANNUAL HEART HEALTH VIRTUAL 5K

Run for your heart. Run for awareness. Run for a cause.

Join us for the First Annual Heart Health Virtual 5K, a community-wide event dedicated to raising awareness about heart attacks, heart health, and prevention while bringing people together from wherever they are.

The race will take place during the week of February 14th, a meaningful week for this event and a reminder of how quickly life can change. This week marks the anniversary of the heart attack that inspired this race and the mission behind it.

A virtual 5K means you choose the time, place, and pace. Run, jog, or walk your 3.1 miles on your favorite trail, around your neighborhood, on a treadmill, or anywhere that inspires you to get moving!

This event is about more than completing 3.1 miles — it’s about encouraging healthier lifestyles, recognizing the warning signs of a heart attack, learning about prevention, and supporting those affected by heart disease.

Whether you complete your 5K alone, with friends and family, or as part of a running group, every mile helps spread the message that heart health matters.

Let’s come together — from wherever we are — to move for our hearts, honor those affected by heart disease, and help raise awareness about heart attack prevention and the importance of knowing the warning signs.

ONE RACE. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE HEART. ❤️

Run it. Walk it. Share it. Make it count.
