Get ready, racers! The Heel & Crank Duathlon is back at Research Park for 2026, and it’s bigger and better than ever. This year, we’re teaming up again with The Big Run 5K Madison hosted by Fleet Feet Huntsville, for a day full of running, biking, and fun!

Race Format – Run. Bike. Run.

Take on two runs and one bike course in this classic duathlon format:
    •    Run 1: 3.1 miles
    •    Bike: ~11 miles (3-loop course)
    •    Run 2: 2 miles

Each run is on a different course, giving you two unique running experiences.
