Individual Triathlon

The Hero Hustle welcomes all athletes, of all abilities. The goal is to have a good time, and raise money for a good cause! The race is a sprint distance triathlon comprised of a 400yd swim, a 16 mile bike ride, and a 5K run to wrap it up. The swim course will be held in Schram Pond. The bike course is out on a public highway and has rolling hills for most of the course. The run course will be mostly flat, with athletes only having to tackle one hill...at least you get to turn around and run back down it though! The entry fee will get each athlete their race entry, a race t-shirt, a medal and a timing chip.

New in 2020, the Hero Hustle added a duathlon! It consists of an approximately 1 mile run, a 16 mile bike ride, and a 5K run. The entry fee will get each athlete their race entry, a race t-shirt, medal and a timing chip.
