Hew Fitness 5K - 10K

The HEW Fitness 5K- 10K is more than just a race—it’s a celebration of health, strength, and community. At HEW Fitness in Wellington, we believe fitness is about more than lifting weights or running miles; it’s about pushing past limits together and supporting each other’s journey toward a healthier life.

We created this event to bring our members, neighbors, and local businesses together for a morning of movement, connection, and fun. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, walking with friends, or experiencing your very first 5K- 10K, this race is your chance to be part of something uplifting.

By hosting the HEW Fitness 5K  10K, we aim to inspire people of all ages and fitness levels to get active, try something new, and discover the power of a strong, supportive community—on and off the racecourse.

This year’s race proudly benefits 4KIDS, a faith-based foster care organization changing the lives of vulnerable children and families in our community.

For over two decades, 4KIDS has been on the frontlines of the foster care crisis, providing safe, loving homes for children in need. Their work goes far beyond licensing foster parents — they ensure families are truly prepared and motivated for the right reasons, with homes that are safe, stable, and filled with love.

As a Christian organization, 4KIDS is deeply committed to not only placing children in homes but also surrounding them with the care and support they need to thrive. They offer ongoing resources like counseling, events, back-to-school drives, and holiday celebrations, making sure every child feels seen, valued, and cared for.

By participating in this race, you’re helping 4KIDS continue their mission: bringing hope, homes, and healing to children who need it most. Every step you take makes a difference in the life of a child

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Race day Package pick up starts at 6 15 A.M. 

2. Shirts will be limited to the first 200 participants to check in (be there early) 

3. Awards wil be given for the top 3 Overall Male and Female.

4. Finisher Medals for all particpants
