First Practice: Wednesday, May 20Final Practice: Sunday, June 21
Location: Fisher Middle School
Program Fee: $160
Age Requirement: 7th grade and up Time Standard Requirements
- Please do not register if your athlete does not meet the time standards below. Refunds will not be issued.
- 1 Mile: Under 6:00
- 400m: Under 1:10
- 800m: Under 2:45
- All athletes will receive a brand-new Upstate Running Club T-shirt.
- Optional jerseys are available for $35. Please let Coach Victoria know if you would like one.
- Race entries are not included in registration.
- Running Lane – Huntsville, AL | May 22–23
- Adidas Track Nationals – Greensboro, NC | June 18–21
- AAU District Qualifier – Usually hosted at Eastside High School. Information has not been released yet.

Wednesday, May 20
- Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 5:15 PM – 6:30/6:45 PM
- Take Flight 1 Mile Race or Running Lane
- Downville Mile
- Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 5:15 PM – 6:30/6:45 PM
- Cottonmouth Relay, 4-person relay with each runner completing a 2-mile loop
- Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 5:15 PM – 6:30/6:45 PM
- Regular practice at Fisher Middle School, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- Adidas Track Nationals
- Final team practice
