About this race
Join us for the Hilton Head End of Summer 5K Run/Walk, an inclusive event for participants of all ages! The race kicks off and concludes at the stunning Coligny Beach. Set your alarms for 9:00 AM on September 5th, 2026, and immerse yourself in the joy of running along the picturesque beaches of Hilton Head Island's south end. As you traverse the course, relish the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you. Moreover, a portion of the event proceeds will contribute to the Heritage Academy College Scholarship. Lace up your running shoes and make a positive impact while enjoying a memorable day on Hilton Head Island!
The initial 300 participants will be rewarded with an exclusive End of Summer 5K poly blend race shirt.
Custom medals will be awarded to the overall top male and female finishers, as well as the top three in each age division: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
Packet pickup Friday September 4th 3:00-5:00 at Palmetto Running Company, Hilton Head Island 29928 and race morning at the start 8:00-8:45AM.
