Join us for an unforgettable morning of movement, celebration, and community at beautiful Thompson Park in Monroe Township, New Jersey.

The Himalayan Samarpan Meditation 5K Run is more than just a race. It is a community celebration designed to bring people together through fitness, joy, and connection.

Envisioned as a welcoming space open to all, the center aims to serve individuals and families through programs that foster personal growth, connection, and well-being.
