It’s the SWEETEST run of the season! 🍪☕️👟 Lace up, laugh loud, and get ready for the Holiday Hustle 5k — where holiday cheer meets sweet goodness! Presented by Fleet Feet Northern NJ and Asics! Enjoy a flat and fast, USATF Certified 5-kilometer course.
Run, walk, or prance like a reindeer through Overpeck Park and cross the finish line to a well-deserved reward: warm cocoa, fresh cookies, and all the cozy holiday vibes. 🎅✨ Santa Costumes included for the first 500 participants
Whether you’re running for a personal best or strolling with friends and family, this is the perfect way to stay active, spread joy, and soak up the holiday spirit.

Thursday night at 6.30pm and Saturday morning at 8.30am -USATF & RRCA certified coaches, helping you each step of the way. -A weekly schedule on Final Surge, with a mixture of runs, cross training, rest days and strength days. -Race entry included
5k Training Program - RIDGEWOOD
