Hometown Heroes 5K Run/1 Mile Walk
About this race
Delaware Tech’s Stanton and Wilmington campuses will host the annual Hometown Heroes 5K Run/1 Mile Walk on Thursday, September 17 at 6 p.m. at the clock tower in Rockford Park, Lookout Dr., Wilmington, DE. Registration will open at 5 p.m.
This year’s event is free, and you can purchase a race t-shirt for $15, while supplies last. T-shirts will be distributed at Rockford Park on race day. Other race amenities include food, music, and games – fun for the whole family!
If you can't attend in person but would still like to support student scholarships, you can make a donation.
Delaware Tech trains many essential workers such as paramedics, nurses, small business owners, IT professionals, and more who become our Hometown Heroes.
