TIME CAP: 1 Hour and 30 Minutes This allows us to efficiently transition to other scheduled events and ensure the timely reopening of roads. All participants are encouraged to plan their pace accordingly. Walkers and strollers are welcome on the 5k course.
10k Run
TIME CAP: 1 Hour and 30 Minutes We have a time cap of 1 hour and 30 minutes for the 10k race (14:29 min per mile). This allows us to efficiently transition to other scheduled events and ensure the timely reopening of roads. All participants are encouraged to plan their pace accordingly. The 10k distance is for runners only. Walkers and strollers are welcome on the 5k course. 10k runners will do two laps of the 5k course.
