#1 Whirlybird Way (Flat-ish)
6 hour race on a 1.1 mile loop. *New Course!* This pretty course loops you around an oxbow lake next to the Trinity River, then a short out-and-back along the Trinity Trails. There are no road or driveway crossings. There may be some cyclists, but very few other pedestrians. Mostly flat with one gradual hill. Surface: 100% concrete Course Preview: N/A Note: Whirlybird Way is off the traffic circle at the intersection of East Northside Drive & Cold Springs Road. # 2 Oakland Lake Park (Hilly)
6 hour race on a 1.03-mile loop This loop course has it all – flats & hills, shade & sun, Fosdic Lake, a dam & great views! The course is entirely within the park, has no road crossings, and avoids the playgrounds. We will share the course with some walkers, but there should not be many cyclists. # 3 Generations Park (Flat-ish)
6 hour race on a 1.2-mile loop *New Course!* OG WRATH runners will recognize parts of this course from the original Dalmatian Run Fest course, or the WRATH 48 Night Loop. For the rest of y’all, it’s sun-drenched flat running, duck-dodging around the lake, and sweet, shady, rolling hills. A few pedestrians, no bikes and no road crossings. 100% concrete pavement. # 4 Mallard Cove (Hilly)
6-Hour race on a. 0.9-mile loop This course starts on top of a steep hill, then uses switchbacks to take you down to a loop on a wide, flat flood-plain. You'll climb back up to complete the loop. The course is mostly paved and open, with some grass surface and a little tree cover. There are few pedestrians and no cyclists. Parking is on both sides of the park road. # 5 Capp-Smith (Flat-ish)
6-Hour race on a 1 mile loop This wide, paved course has lots of rolling hills and not many trees, but surrounds a scenic lake with ducks and turtles.
