Come join us for the Hunter's Moon "Hooves & Heels 5K" hosted by Calvert Main Street Preservation, 501(c)3, Texas Non-Profit Organization.
Events: Timed 5K Run, Color Run/Walk, & Kids 1K Run/Walk
Participant Entry Fee includes:
- Complimentary pre-race and recovery refreshments - for all race participants
- Custom Medals to be awarded in 5K and 1K - see event page for more info
- Event T-shirt and swag bag - included with each paid entry fee

- 5K Timed: Students, cross country and adult runners compete for personal best times and individual medals.
- 3K COLOR Fun Run/Walk: Casual, scenic and FUN for the whole family! Kids under 5 are free with parent! Note: 1 event shirt included with entry
- 1K Kids: Competitive and FUN (0.62 mile) event for kids ages 10 and under.

Looking for a casual and fun 3K? The annual Hooves & Heels 5K Color Run begins at 9:05 AM Run/walk through 1.86 miles of enjoying the numerous Victorian homes from early Texas history that Calvert has to offer You must be registered before October 3rd, 2025 to be guaranteed an event T-Shirt Kids 5 and under are free! NO event T-shirt/swag bag with FREE participation. Strollers welcome! 8:00 am Packet Pickup/Check-in 9:05 am Color Fun Run race starts
Kids K Run
Competitive and Fun event for kids ages 5 thru 10. Compete for a medal, get a T-Shirt, and a swag bag! Top FIVE boys and top FIVE girls receive a custom medal Kids must be registered before October 3rd, 2025, to be guaranteed an event T-Shirt 8:00 am Packet Pickup/Check-in 10:15 am (or shortly after) Kids race starts
