Sprint Triathlon
Sprint Triathlon- 400 yard swim | 13 mile bike | 3.3 mile run Swim: Beginning in the water at Lakeshore, athletes will utilize the sandy shoreline area immediately to the East of the Huntington Lake Boat Launch. Participants swim around buoys for 400 yards, exit the water near the entry point utilizing an existing asphalt ramp and making their way through a small section of forest behind the bathrooms, and proceed to the Transition Area. Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back. Run: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head west from the parking lot along the trail towards the dam for approximately 1.4 miles, then they will turn right and head towards Kilowatt Road. Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore
Olympic Triathlon
Olympic Triathlon - 1600 yard swim | 22.5 mile bike | 6.5 mile run Swim: Beginning in the water at Lakeshore, athletes will utilize the sandy shoreline area immediately to the East of the Huntington Lake Boat Launch. Participants swim around buoys for 1600 yards, exit the water near the entry point utilizing an existing asphalt ramp and making their way through a small section of forest behind the bathrooms, and proceed to the Transition Area. Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back, then proceed to and up Kaiser Pass Road to the parking area indicated on the course map. Run: Two loops of the sprint run course.

Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back. Olympic Duathlon
Olympic Duathlon - 6.6 mile run | 22.5 mile bike | 3.3 mile run Run: Two loops of the sprint run course. Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back, then proceed to and up Kaiser Pass Road to the parking area indicated on the course map. Run: One loop of the sprint run course.
Running
5k Run
Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head west from the parking lot along the trail towards the dam for approximately 1.4 miles, then they will turn right and head towards Kilowatt Road. Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore
10k Run
Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head west from the parking lot along the trail towards the dam for approximately 1.4 miles, then they will turn right and head towards Kilowatt Road. Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore. Two loops of the course.
