About this race

The Hustle for Hope 5K is more than a race. It is a morning of running, walking, cheering, and coming together to support the children, young adults, and families served by the Elaine Clark Center.

Now in its 17th year, the Hustle for Hope takes runners and walkers through downtown Chamblee on a flat, welcoming course that is great for experienced runners, casual runners, families, and anyone looking for a meaningful reason to get moving.

For more than 55 years, the Elaine Clark Center has provided innovative education, therapeutic care, and support for children and young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Our programs serve individuals from infancy through age 30, helping them learn, grow, build relationships, gain independence, and participate more fully in their community.

That work takes a community.

When you register for the Hustle for Hope, you are not simply paying for a race bib. You are helping provide the teachers, caregivers, programs, scholarships, transportation, experiences, and support that ECC families rely on every day.

So come run fast. Come walk with friends. Bring your family. Bring your coworkers. Form a team. Chase a PR or just enjoy a Saturday morning in Chamblee.

However you cross the finish line, you will be helping the Elaine Clark Center continue creating a place where children and young adults of all abilities can learn, belong, and thrive.

Run for a time. Run for fun. Run for hope.

Hustle for Hope - A Race for ALL Paces

The Hustle for Hope is designed to be a fun, welcoming community event for runners and walkers of all experience levels. Whether you are racing for a personal best, participating with friends or coworkers, or simply enjoying a morning walk while supporting a great cause, we would love to have you join us. The course is flat and beginner-friendly, making it a great race for first-time 5K participants while still giving more competitive runners an opportunity to push their pace. Proceeds from the Hustle for Hope benefit the Elaine Clark Center, which has served children and young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities for more than 55 years. Participants are encouraged to invite friends, family members, coworkers, and neighbors to register, form a team, volunteer, or make an additional donation. The bigger the Hustle for Hope community becomes, the more support we can provide to ECC students and families. Additional details regarding race-day schedules, packet pickup, parking, and other event information will be provided to registered participants as race day approaches. Come ready to run, walk, cheer, and Hustle for Hope.
