HYBAR SUMMER FEST - A Sweat Bar Fitness mini-HYROX event

HYBAR Summer Fest is here!

We are excited to announce our partnership with AHN Montour Sports Complex to launch our first-ever off-site Mini HYROX-style event!

Sweat Bar Fitness is an Official HYROX Training Club in Oakdale, PA. We host a wide range of endurance and fitness events each year, including ultra-distance trail races at Settlers Cabin Park, Splash & Dash swim/run events, social 5Ks, and our in-house HYBAR Mini HYROX competitions.

Now, we’re taking HYBAR to the next level.

AHN Montour Sports Complex is an incredible fully turfed indoor facility with a mezzanine viewing area, giving family and friends a perfect spot to watch the action.

Get ready for an action-packed morning of fitness, competition, and fun on:

Sunday, August 16th
7:30am–2:30pm
AHN Montour Sports Complex

This event is expected to sell out. Register ASAP so you don’t miss important participant updates.

Event Divisions
Solo Open
Perfect for anyone who wants to challenge themselves, experience the event, and have fun in a supportive atmosphere. This division is focused more on completion and experience than strict judging.

Solo Comp — Men / Women
For athletes who want to compete and push the pace. Comp athletes will receive an official time, and judging standards will be stricter for movement quality, form, and reps.

Weights and reps are the same as Open.

Comp divisions will go first to create the most competitive environment and help the event flow smoothly.

Doubles Divisions
Men’s Doubles
Women’s Doubles
Mixed Doubles

For doubles teams, reps and distances are the same as the solo event, but partners may split the station reps however they choose. For all run segments, both teammates must complete the run.

Scheduling
A general event timeframe will be assigned and communicated within 3 days of the event.

Participant Swag
All participants will receive:

HYBAR Athlete Velcro Badge
HYBAR Athlete Shirt

First place in each division will receive an award pin.

Workout Design Modifications
We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the workout structure, weights, runs, or event flow based on participation volume, weather, or other logistics. Any adjustments will be communicated no later than 3 days before the event.
