Tuesdays 5-6:30pm, Fridays 8-10am

Head Coaches: Mike Lessard, Orion Berryman

Tuesdays - Agility and technique work - roller skis - alternate between classic and skate - Bonner School Parking Lot

Fridays - Longer roller ski work - alternate between classic and skate - Canyon River/Wye/JannetteRankin
-
June 19th - August 28th
-
Must Haves:
-
roller skiing experience
-
going into 7th grade and above
-
minimum 50% attendance
-
1 on 1 meeting with Coach Mike on goals
-
follow a training plan
-
21 sessions, $200

Separate Summer Training Communication String
