Bringing the communities of Palmetto and Bradenton together in this beautiful morning run, make sure to be there Thanksgiving morning for the
FIRST EVER DE SOTO BRIDGE CLOSURE
and a new tradition within Manatee County!
With Post-Race Treats and Drinks provided by the Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, beautiful Finisher's Medals, fantastic Race Shirts, cool Commemorative Tote Bags, and professional timing by Fit2Time, Race Management by Fit2Run, you will be part of the first ever group to run a 5K over the De Soto Bridge!

5K Run/Walk (Timed)
All participants will receive a chip timed race bib, finisher's medal, commemorative shirt, and reusable tote bag! All are also invited to enjoy the post race party with complimentary food and beverages provided by the Palmetto Marriott Resort and Spa! Runner's must be 5 years of age or older. Any child 4 or under must remain in a stroller if they are going to be with their parents/guardian during the 5K All those with dogs or strollers are asked to start in the back of the group to prevent tripping or other hazards. *Please note, shirt sizes are first come first serve. After a shirt size is sold out, you will be able to choose from the remaining shirt sizes, or choose the no shirt option. A discount will not be given if you choose the no shirt option.*
Kids Dash (12 & Under)
Kids Dash bracketed by age group! Kids will participate in age appropriate sprints and will receive a race bib, finisher's medal, commemorative shirt, and reusable tote bag! Kids will be grouped 3y-4y, 5y-6y, 7y-9y, 10-12y. Kids registering for the 5K are welcome to participate in the Kids Dash as well. *Please note, shirt sizes are first come first serve. After a shirt size is sold out, you will be able to choose from the remaining shirt sizes, or choose the no shirt option. A discount will not be given if you choose the no shirt option.*
