By participating in this event you are assisting others in your community with Child Care, Swim Lessons, Health and Wellness programs, Youth and Teen activities, Older Adult programs and Summer Camp. Pick a time from June 28–July 4th to run or walk a 5K race (3.1 miles). Participants can choose the setting—trail, road, or treadmill. Please take some photos to share on our event page or tag us on Facebook with #5KYMCA. Please register by June 20th if possible! (Makes ordering medals much easier!)
