Join us as run to honor & support our good friends Erin & Damien Rock following Erin's horrific bike wreck in a mountain bike race.

PACKET PICKUP - We will have an advanced day packet pickup on Friday, 12/18 from 4-7pm at J&H Running Company (197 Moore Drive, Lexington, KY 40503). There will also be last chance PPU on race morning from 7:30-8:45am at Coldstream Park.
5K RACE PRICING - $30 (11/1-15), $35 (11/16-12/13), $40 (12/14-19)

WHY WE RACE?
Our great friend, coach and fierce athlete Erin McMahon Rock had a horrific bike accident on a gravel road during a bike race in Wausau, WI recently. Erin suffered multiple hip and pelvic fractures, face and head lacerations and credits her bike helmet with saving her life. She had to be air lifted to the hospital and spent days under the watchful care of nurses and doctors. Erin has some significant (5 digit) medical bills and won't be able to work (self-employed coach) for 2-3 months.
We decided the best way to honor and help Erin & Damien would be to host a race!
You can run/walk in person at Coldstream Park, participate virtually, become a race sponsor, volunteer or make a donation online. We'll also have a FREE Kid's Dash so you can make it a family affair. Let's ROCK this as a community for our good friends who have done so much for our running/multisport community her in Central KY and now in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.

Running
5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K (3.1 mile) race on paved/concrete trail surfaces. Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in 5-year age divisions. Registrants receive a commemorative race T-shirt (while supplies last). Runners/walkers/strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes are all welcome.
FREE Kid's Dash (9 & Under)
A free Kid's Dash for those 9 and under. Each child will receive a participation medal. Shirts are not included, but can be purchased as a $10 add on.
Virtual Runner/Walker
An opportunity to support Erin & Damien from anywhere in the United States! Sign up as a virtual runner/walker and you can do your Jingle Bell ROCK 5K from your hometown on your schedule. You can even submit your virtual time (or indicate completion of your 5K) on the race website. Cost is $35 and includes shipping charges to get you your race shirt.
Race Volunteer
We need 12 enthusiastic volunteers to work a race day shift (Saturday, 12/19/26) from 7:00-10:30am. Volunteers will receive a commemorative race T-shirt for working a full shift. Jobs include packet pickup/check-in, food/drink, awards, water stop, parking and breakdown/clean up.
