JOHNSTOWN MASTODON MARCH 5K/10K RUN & WALK
About the Event
The free run is for children 1-8 years of age. Participants do not receive a T-shirt. The distance is 300 yards, beginning and ending at the race start/finish line. MASTODON COMMUNITY BREAKFAST - 8:30AM - 11:00AM In collaboration with the American Legion Post 254, Johnstown Lifestyle hosts a community breakfast at the race for the whole community (racers and non-racers welcome). Enjoy a delicious, healthy breakfast while listening to live music by The Mighty Troubadours blue grass band. Invite your friends and family to join in the fun! The breakfast is $10 per person. Breakfast proceeds go to the Johnstown Food Pantries. 5K RUN & WALK
This trek starts out on Main Street through downtown Johnstown, eventually leading to the T.J. Evans Bike Trail. From there, the route will travel to and around the Johnstown High School campus, head to South Oregon Street end at the start/finish line in downtown Johnstown.
10K RUN & WALK
This trek starts out on the 5K route through downtown Johnstown, eventually leading to the T.J. Evans Bike Trail. It will veer off at the Johnstown Police Department onto a beautiful country road (out and back) and will loop back onto the 5K route to finish the race. Don’t miss this country scenery! Say howdy to the cows along the way.
