Whether you run, walk, jog, or hike, this unique event allows you to participate wherever you choose—on your favorite local route, neighborhood streets, treadmill, track, or vacation destination. Complete your distance anytime on or around July 4th and become part of a nationwide celebration of fitness, freedom, and community.

After results are collected, shirts will be produced and mailed directly to participants, making each shirt a unique snapshot of the event and everyone who took part.
