About this race
Get ready for an unforgettable Swim-Run adventure this September at our USA Triathlon-sanctioned Splash & Dash! Designed for kids and youth, this fun and fast-paced event is the perfect introduction to the world of multi-sport competition.
Participants will complete a short swim followed immediately by a run, building confidence and fitness in a safe, supportive, and exciting race environment. Whether it's their first race or their tenth, kids will cross the finish line feeling like champions!

- Tadpoles ( 7-8 y/o): 50m Swim; 1/2 Mile run
- Dolphins (9-10 y/o): 100m Swim; 1/2 Mile run
- Stingrays(11-12 y/o): 100m Swim; 1 Mile Run
- 🎽 What to Bring: Swimsuit, goggles, towel, running shoes, and a water bottle
