Kentucky Hands & Voices SuperHEARo 5K
About this race
Join us for the 9th annual SuperHEARo 5K on Saturday, May 16, 2026. The 5K (a timed event) will take place at 9:00am shortly followed by the 1.5 Mile Fun Run (non-timed event) at 9:05am. In addition to an in-person event at White Hall State Historic Site, we will also have a virtual option so you can join us from near or far! Participants are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero. Packet pick-up will be available at Surge Screenprinting on Friday, May 15th from 11:30am-1:30pm and 4:00-5:15pm or prior to the race on Saturday beginning at 8:00am.
Awards will be given for Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers as well as Top 3 Male & Female in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-60, 60-64, and 65+ as well as Best Dressed Male & Female Superheroes. There will also be a prize for the Best Dressed Wonder Pet.

A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on paved trail and road surfaces. Awards for top finishers. Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are permitted.
1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk
A fun untimed 1.5 mile run/walk to support our cause. There are no awards presented for this event.
Virtual 5K
NOTE: Run or walk at your preferred location. We'll ship your shirt to you in advance of race day! (U.S. addresses only)
