100 Mile Individual Ultra
Point-to-point running race from the Divers Direct and Office Depot shopping center in Key Largo to Key West along the "Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail"--Overseas Highway (US #1). Each runner MUST have their own support crew in 2022; NO CREW SHARING with possible exceptions for two runners who have previously shared a crew AND who have obtained specific approval of the exception from the Race Director. There will be no aid station support along the route. Note that relay teams remain self-sufficient as in previous years. KEYS100 is sanctioned by USA Track & Field.
50 Mile Individual Ultra
Point-to-point running race from the Marathon Garden Club in Marathon to Key West along the "Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail"--Overseas Highway (US #1). Each runner MUST have their own support crew in 2022; NO CREW SHARING with possible exceptions for two runners who have previously shared a crew AND who have obtained specific approval of the exception from the Race Director. There will be no aid station support along the route. KEYS100 is sanctioned by USA Track & Field.
100 Mile Team Relay

Teams of up to six runners decide their own strategy: runners do not have to run the same number of miles or "legs", nor run in order.
