A chip timed 5K (3.1 Miles) Run/Walk on paved park trails. Awards for Overall Top 3 M/F and Age Groups. Walkers, strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes welcomed.
Virtual Runner/Walker
If you can't join us in person you can still help our life saving cause. Sign up as a virtual runner/walker and you can run/walk your own "Kicking Butt 5K" on your own schedule and hometown. We'll mail you your race packet/shirt unless you are able to pick up locally. The extra cost helps with mailing fees.
Walking
1 Mile Walk
An untimed 1 Mile Walk on paved surfaces. There are no awards for this event. Race will start about 2-3 minutes after the 5K race starts. Walkers welcomed!
