Kindness in Motion

Let's put kindness in motion for a mission!  Our virtual 5k is your chance to get active and support a good cause at your own pace from wherever you are!

Join the Kindness Club for our virtual 5k run/walk where each step supports military families through the amazing work of the Fisher House Foundation.  They provide lodging, airfare, etc. for service members, veterans, and their families receiving medical care.  They also offer scholarships to military spouses and children.  

How It Works:

Step 1: Sign up to participate. Registration will be open 1 July - 15 September.

Step 2: Buy a Kindness in Motion t-shirt (optional, $28 - $31.50) to wear as you complete the 5k. The pop-up store will be open all of July! Shirts will be shipped to the university and then sent out to you (yay for free shipping!).

Step 3: Ask your friends, family, coworkers, etc. to donate to the cause. Donations accepted until 11:59 pm ET on 15 September.

Step 4: Run or walk the 5k between 1-15 September.  Take pictures and share them on socials or via email!

Step 5: Record your time on your registration page (optional).

Kindness is powerful.  Let's put it in motion!
