The KŌR Wilmington Trail Run takes you off the pavement and into the natural beauty of one of coastal North Carolina's most scenic trail systems. Whether you're chasing a new personal best, tackling your first trail race, or simply looking for a memorable morning outdoors, KŌR offers an experience that's as welcoming as it is rewarding.

Choose between a 5K or 10K course winding through shaded forests, flowing singletrack, and peaceful park trails. Every mile brings changing terrain, fresh scenery, and just enough challenge to remind you why trail running is unlike anything else.

KŌR is built for everyone.
