Youth Track and Field (Grades 1-5)

This is our youth program. It is designed to expose younger kids to a variety of Track and Field basics while also having fun! We will play games that are intended to keep kids moving while they learn.

Sprints Group (Grades 6-12)

This is our Sprints group. For older kids looking to fine tune their running skills by getting skilled coaching from others that have done it before! They will get sprint specific workouts in, and work on their mechanics all while having a bit of fun.

Distance Group (Grades 6-12)

This is our Distance group. For older kids looking to not only get in some fun workouts with a group, but also learning about how to best approach distance running and racing. We will make sure to keep the overall distance run at a safe volume for each kid based on their past experiences.
