About this race
Langlauf is a 10K Cross Country Ski Race that takes place at the Mount Spokane Nordic Ski Center which is the premier Cross Country Ski Area in the Inland Northwest. The race takes place on the traditional 10K course and has wave starts to accommodate skiers of all abilities and speeds. Even maybe more epic than the race itself, are the pre and post race amenities that are enjoyed by all racers. This is the biggest and oldest Cross Country Race in the Pacific Northwest...you don't want to miss it!
Once again, this year we are offering an adaptive skier category. If you are visually impaired or a sit skier you will be able to participate in our Wave start, but at Junction 1 will continue on Linder Road to a turnaround at the Inland gate then back to Brian's and our traditional finish line. Adaptive skiers must register but their guide skier can accompany them for no cost. Guides will need to sign a waiver the morning of the race and do not need to pay to register unless they want to be timed. Guides will be considered a volunteer and be entered in the prize drawing.

More Registration information: If you would like to mail in your registration, you must go to www.spokanelanglauf.org and print a registration form. Mail in registrations MUST be postmarked by Sunday 1/27/2019. Registration price is $30.00 through 1/27/2019. 1/28/2019-2/6/2019 registration price increases to $35.00. Race Day registration is $40.00. Kids who are pre-registered with a paid adult are free. One child per paid adult. Online Registration closes at Midnight, Wednesday 2/6/2019. After that time, you may register in person at Fitness Fanatics Friday Evening 2/8/2019 from 5-7PM. The cost is $35.00, CASH OR CHECK ONLY, no credit cards. Day of Race Registration also offered at the Selkirk Lodge from 8:30-9:30AM. $40.00, CASH OR CHECK ONLY, no credit cards.
