Laps of Love: Run For Their Lives 2026

Come join us anytime between 8AM on Saturday, August 8th and Sunday, August 9th, for a weekend full of fun and walking/running. All proceeds go to the HELP Pregnancy Center in Monticello, KY.

How it Works:

$10.00 entry bib for tracking. We will have a goal set by donors contributing to an overall fund. Example: If local business, private donors, etc donate $5,000 before the event…participants goal AS A WHOLE should be to go for 5,000 overall miles. Our last 20+ hour event had a goal of 1,000 miles; and totaled 1155 across 125 participants.

Course:

The course is a one mile loop. An aid station will be located indoors at the Start/Finish line of the loop. There will be food, coffee, and water at the aid station…along with whatever is donated by local churches, organizations, and individuals. The 1 mile loop starts with an uphill, moves into a flat, and is downhill for almost 0.60 of the rest of the mile. Feel free to cruise on as many miles as you’d like! Every mile counts!

Other Ways to Get Involved

Donate: If you are a local business, person who values the HELP Pregnancy Center, or someone who is looking for a good cause to support…feel free to donate by check, cash, or direct deposit on behalf of Laps of Love, “Run For Their Lives,” 2026. We’d love to see you out there, too!

Volunteer: We will have an aid station set up for our runners where they would love to see some smiling faces across 24 hours!

Cheer On: We will have music, fun, and lots of runners ready to be cheered on along the course. Feel free to come support our awesome participants as some of them will be completing their first mile in a long time, their first 5k, or even their first ultramarathon. There will be all kinds of people ready to celebrate their wins with awesome spectators! Who knows…you may even step in for a mile or two!
