22K (13.67 miles) Virtual Run
We encourage participants to run the actual LBL Bridge to Bridge course. Starting on the Canton side of the Lake Barkley Bridge and crossing into the beautiful Land Between the Lakes Recreation area. The course will follow the paved path along highway 80 until connecting with the Central Hardwoods Scenic Trail. Runners will stay on the Central Hardwoods Scenic Trail for the full distance of the trail ending at Fenton. The course will then connect with the Kentucky Lake Bridge where runners will cross and finish just west of Kentucky Lake along Highway 80. For those that can not run the actual course you can run 22K (13.67 miles) anywhere. You will be able to submit your results on the Results tab of the Run Sign Up race page or through your Run Sign Up Profile.

The 2 person relay will consist of 2 legs with the first leg about 11.6K and the second leg about 10.3K
22K Trail Run - 3 Person Relay
The 3 person relay will consist of 3 legs. The first leg will be approximately 5.9K the second leg about 5.7K and the third leg will be about 10.3K.
