*Day/Time: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:45 PM *Location: On Tuesdays and Thursdays we will meet at the Studio inside the Trailhead building at Theodore Wirth Park. Wednesday's ride day will meet virtually from the comfort of your home. *Equipment needed: Bike, water bottle, towel, tennis shoes, Smart Trainer (provided), and a mobile phone or tablet with Rouvy or Swift app installed. We will make arrangements for you to stop by the Trailhead to pickup a smart trainer along with a short tutorial on how to setup and use it.
