About this race
September is National Recovery Month! Join us as we celebrate recovery, spread hope, and support our mission of SAVING LIVES and creating healthier communities! This year, we’re bringing back the excitement with another COLOR RUN!
Packet Pick-Up: Race packet pickup will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 4:00pm- 6:00pm at ADACCV's Cotton Lindsey Center. 3553 W Houston Harte.
Register early! The first 100 participants will receive a COLOR RUN t-shirt and goody bag! (does not apply to runners 12 & under)

Running
5K Color Run
5K- Race starts at El Paseo and heads out east toward S. Oakes Street. Then, runners will go north on S. Oakes and left onto Avenue A. Runners turn right onto Orient St and then the course goes by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts (SAMFA) sidewalk and on the outdoor stairs. Runners will cross Celebration Bridge, run through the park they reach Irving St. Runners will cross the intersection and continue running onto Veterans Memorial Drive. They will run to just short of the W. Beauregard Bridge and turn around. They will retrace the route by going back down Veterans Memorial Drive, crossing Irving St., running through the park, running on Celebration Bridge, stairs and sidewalk by SAMFA, Orient St., Ave. A, S. Oakes, and return to El Paseo
1M Color Run
1M- Race starts at El Paseo and heads out east toward S. Oakes Street. Then, runners will go north on S. Oakes and left onto Avenue A. Runners turn right onto Orient St and then the course goes by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts (SAMFA) sidewalk and on the outdoor stairs. Runners will cross Celebration Bridge, and turn around. They will retrace the route by going back across Celebration Bridge, stairs and sidewalk by SAMFA, Orient St., Ave. A, S. Oakes, and return to El Paseo.
