Liberty Centre's 2026 "Color Your Recovery" 5K/10K Run/Walk & Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run

Join Liberty Centre Services for the 2026 "Color Your Recovery" 5K/10K Run/Walk & Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, October 3rd, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at 900 E. Norfolk Avenue in Norfolk. This annual event supports Liberty Centre's mission of bringing hope, healing, and recovery to individuals living with mental illness.

The morning offers something for the whole family! Participants can choose between the 5K or 10K run/walk, with cash prizes awarded to top finishers. Kids can enjoy a fun-filled 1-mile run, and everyone is invited to browse the silent auction and compete for additional prizes. Registration, check-in, and the silent auction begin at 8:00 a.m.

As part of the fun, "Color Your Recovery" is a color run, where participants can be showered with vibrant, non-toxic colored powder along the course. Prefer to stay color-free? No problem! A color-free option is available, so you can enjoy the event at your own comfort level.

Now a cherished tradition in Northeast Nebraska, "Color Your Recovery" brings together runners, walkers, families, friends, coworkers, and community members to promote mental health awareness while supporting an important cause.
