Curious about the Tobay Junior Triathlon Couse and Triathlon Basics! Prepare for the race with the Lightning Warriors

Cost: $10.00 However you will need a USAT Membership.  During Check Out if needed, you can obtain a $10 Youth membership, The Best Membership is a Youth Premier which expires when they turn 18!

• This Course Preview will start in the parking lot after you pass the booth for Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park in Oyster Bay

When: Saturday, March 28, 2026 2:30-4pm

What to Bring:

• Swim Cap
• Swim Goggles
• Bike Helmet
• Bicycle
• Running Shoe
• Comfortable Clothing but not loose clothes 
• Stay Hydrated
  • • Bring Hydration in a Water Bottle
• Big smiles
• Questions

Helmet Rule:

• Note for Safety: Always wear your helmet whenever you are outdoors moving your bike, pushing and definitely, while riding.

Please note that we will have different groups to support each person's skill level with

• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced
