The 21st Annual Little River Trail Runs will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Little River Regional Park in beautiful Rougemont, North Carolina. We have two race distances - 10 miles and 7 kilometers. Both races are run primarily on well-marked single track, and we'll have race volunteers and three aid stations along the course. As always, all proceeds from the races go towards support and maintenance of the park and trail system for the community.
Cost:
$50 - 10 mi (we can not guarantee a t-shirt but we will do our best to have one for you!) $45 - 7k (we can not guarantee a t-shirt but we will do our best to have one for you!) Friends of the Forest Bundle - SAVE $20 by registering for both LRTR and PWTR!Flagging:

Ready to test your limits? The Little River Trail Runs brings a highly anticipated 7K, Bundle: Little River Trail Runs and Philosopher's Way Trail Runs to Rougemont on January 16, 2016. Expect a fantastic route right in the heart of North Carolina.

Little River Trail Runs (10 mile and 7k)
Choose this option to register for the January 16 event at Little River Regional Park. You'll have the option to select the 10 mile or 7 kilometer race distance. Registration fee for either distance is $40. (If you also want to register for Philosopher's Way, on May 14, 2016, choose the "Bundle" option instead).
Bundle: Little River Trail Runs and Philosopher's Way Trail Runs
Choose this option to register for BOTH the Little River (January 16) and Philosopher's Way (May 14) trail runs, both produced by the TrailHeads. Registering for both saves you $5. (Each event is $40; bundle price is $75). You may choose either distance for each race. Note that registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
